About That Southern Border That Is "Safer Than Ever"

19 murders and 142 sex crimes are insignificant numbers to Obama and his border security chief big sis Janet

The Obama administration declined to try to deport more than 36,000 illegal immigrants that were arrested on other charges between 2008 and 2011, including some who went on to commit 19 murders, 3 attempted murders and 142 sex crimes, the House Judiciary Committee said Tuesday.
All told, the administration was alerted to nearly 160,000 immigrants — most of them here legally — who were arrested during the three-year period. They went on to be charged in nearly 60,000 more crimes, according to the committee and the Congressional Research Service, which issued a report on the matter.
The findings stem from the Obama administration’s Secure Communities program, which was designed to identify immigrants who run afoul of the law and who the administration decides it wants to deport.
I feel so much better knowing these idiots are looking out for me.
Update:
Lets hope this busload of illegals is not armed or horny.

Obama Appointees Interfered With Black Panther Prosecution

More thugery from the thugs cronies...
A federal court in Washington, DC, held today that political appointees appointed by President Obama did interfere with the Department of Justice’s prosecution of the New Black Panther Party.

These creeps should still be in prison, and the cronies who interfered should be right behind them.
The New Black Panthers case stems from a Election Day 2008 incident where two members of the New Black Panther Party were filmed outside a polling place intimidating voters and poll watchers by brandishing a billy club. Justice Department lawyers investigated the case, filed charges, and when the Panthers failed to respond, a federal court in Philadelphia entered a “default” against all the Panthers defendants. But after Obama was sworn in, the Justice Department reversed course, dismissed charges against three of the defendants, and let the fourth off with a narrowly tailored restraining order.
“The Court’s decision is another piece of evidence showing the Obama Justice Department is run by individuals who have a problem telling the truth,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said. “The decision shows that we can’t trust the Obama Justice Department to fairly administer our nation’s voting and election laws.”
November will be ugly. Count on it.

More Proof Liberalism Is A Mental Disorder

Rahm and Barry must be proud.

Chicago likes to compare itself to other world cities, so Ward Room thought it would find out how we rank in violence. It turns out no one can top us. Among what are considered Alpha world cities, Chicago has the highest murder rate -- higher even than the Third World metropolises of Mexico City and Sao Paolo.
Lovely...

Its been a rough week, I lost a day somewhere...Anett Griffel tarts it up this week...

Rule 5

Obama Is Still Underwater

Today's GDP numbers are not going to help.

The U.S. economy expanded at a slower pace in the second quarter as a softening job market prompted Americans to curb spending.
Gross domestic product, the value of all goods and services produced, rose at a 1.5 percent annual rate after a revised 2 percent gain in the prior quarter, Commerce Department figures showed today in Washington. The median forecast of economists surveyed by Bloomberg News called for a 1.4 percent increase. Household purchases, which account for about 70 percent of the world’s largest economy, grew at the slowest pace in a year.
Slip sliding away.

Or in Obamaspeak, it worked!

The Bottomless Bottom

The housing market can't seem to find the bottom.

Sales of newly built homes fell hard in June, despite newfound optimism in the housing recovery, especially among the home builders themselves.
Signed contracts to buy new homes fell 8.4 percent from the previous month, according to the U.S. Commerce Department, although they are still up 15 percent from a year ago.
Sales levels are now at their lowest since January.
This is the second miss for housing in the same month. Sales of existing homes fell as well, despite expectations for a gain.
Recovery summer!

Obama Says His Plan Worked

If total economic destruction is the plan I agree.

Discussing his economic policies at a fundraiser in Oakland,  California, last night, President Obama, told supporters that “we tried our plan — and it worked.”
“We tried that and it didn’t work,” Obama said of Mitt Romney’s proposed tax cuts and spending cuts, which he dismissed as a Bush-style “top down” economic policy.  “Just like we’ve tried their plan, we tried our plan — and it worked,” he added later in the speech.  “That’s the difference. That’s the choice in this election.  That’s why I’m running for a second term.”
Obama made these comments in Oakland, where the unemployment rate was 13.7 percent in May 2012. The national unemployment rate is 8.2 percent — up from 8.1 percent in May — for the second straight month.
God help us all if he gets re-elected.

Barry's Bain Bust

Obama is a expert on wasting money.

By more than 2-1, 63%-29%, those surveyed say Romney's background in business, including his tenure at the private equity firm Bain Capital, would cause him to make good decisions, not bad ones, in dealing with the nation's economic problems over the next four years. …
That sound he hears is a big $100 million dollar flush.

Blaming Bush Is Over

I am surprised it took this long.

Two-thirds of likely voters say the weak economy is Washington’s fault, and more blame President Obama than anybody else, according to a new poll for The Hill.
It found that 66 percent believe paltry job growth and slow economic recovery is the result of bad policy. Thirty-four percent say Obama is the most to blame, followed by 23 percent who say Congress is the culprit. Twenty percent point the finger at Wall Street, and 18 percent cite former President George W. Bush.
34% say Obama is most to blame... Lovely.

Another Obama Success Story

Obama did after all, have a penchant for the sixties...

The ranks of America's poor are on track to climb to levels unseen in nearly half a century, erasing gains from the war on poverty in the 1960s amid a weak economy and fraying government safety net.
Census figures for 2011 will be released this fall in the critical weeks ahead of the November elections.
The Associated Press surveyed more than a dozen economists, think tanks and academics, both nonpartisan and those with known liberal or conservative leanings, and found a broad consensus: The official poverty rate will rise from 15.1 percent in 2010, climbing as high as 15.7 percent. Several predicted a more modest gain, but even a 0.1 percentage point increase would put poverty at the highest since 1965.
Don't be too hard on Barry, he has had a lot on his plate lately.

And Some Still Wonder Why The Media Is So Despised

Via Weasel Zippers

Brian Ross of ABC NEWS should be ashamed...Then fired.

The Colorado Tea Party Patriots and the Tea Party Patriots are saddened to hear of the death and wounding of theater goers in Aurora, Colorado. The member of the Colorado Tea Party Patriots, Jim Holmes, age 52 is not the same person who has been identified as the shooter.
The attempts of some media organizations to characterize the shooter as a Tea Party member without having made any effort to contact our organization are shameless and reprehensible.
Maggie agrees. ABC is filthy.

More Proof Liberalism Is A Mental Disorder

Only in a botox bleached skull could Obamacare be considered an act of fiscal stability!

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) praised the healthcare reform law as an "act of fiscal stability" that will save the government money in the long term.
Budget scorekeepers are preparing a new assessment of the law's costs and revenues in light of the Supreme Court's recent decision on the Affordable Care Act, which permits states to opt out of expanding Medicaid.
Democrats argue the law will decrease the budget deficit. Conservatives say the law will increase it.
"If we're talking about fiscal stability, the Affordable Care Act is an act of fiscal stability."
The CBO will release its new cost projections for the law during the week of July 23.
I guess that if doubling the cost of this POS is fiscal stability, that might help explain $5 trillion these fools added to the debt in three years as no big deal...

Jobless Claims Rise

Its a seasonal thing though...

A measure of the number of Americans seeking unemployment benefits surged last week, although the figures may have been distorted by seasonal factors.
The Labor Department says applications rose by 34,000 to a seasonally adjusted 386,000. The increase reversed a big drop from the previous week.
Wishful thinking Obamabots.

Voter Enthusiasm Surges

Just not for Obama.

Meantime, three and a half months before election day, Republican enthusiasm about voting this year has shot up since Mitt Romney clinched the nomination in April, from 36 percent of Republicans saying they were more enthusiastic in March to 49 percent now.
The folks know where Obama is leading the country also...
Sixty-four percent of those polled think the country is on the wrong track, up from 62 percent in May

Schumer And Reid Plan Midnight Haunt

With Dingy Harry and Co. to hold a midnight vigil?

Democrats are preparing to put on a two day campaign finance floor show in the Senate, scheduling a handful of votes and a “midnight vigil” for increased disclosure of who, exactly, is donating to the outside groups underwriting both Barack Obama's and — to a larger degree — Mitt Romney's campaigns for president.
The bill has virtually no chance of passage – a fact of which its sponsors are keenly aware. But Democrats hope to use the legislation to point a finger at Republicans on the new flood of cash.
Where is a wooden stake when you need one?

What Was Selling In June?

Not enough.

Retail sales in the U.S. unexpectedly fell for a third month in June as limited employment gains took a toll on consumers.
The 0.5 percent drop followed a 0.2 percent decrease in May, Commerce Department figures showed today in Washington. The decline exceeded the most pessimistic forecast in a Bloomberg News survey that called for a median 0.2 percent gain in sales. Other reports today showed manufacturing in the New York region picked up this month and U.S. inventories increased in May.
The decline exceeded the most pessimistic forecast? Lovely...

Who Gets Credit For Low Unemployment?

Unemployment in my state is 3%.
It is fracking miracle that has absolutely nothing to do with President Solyndra  Volt  Windmill  Algae  Obama.
Soledad O'Brian shows us again why CNN is in the crapper. 17 states with Republican Governors(ND has had a Republican Gov. for some time) elected in 2010 had a reduction in unemployment and Obama deserves credit?

The Governor here gets more credit than he deserves also. Free markets and private industry have North Dakota in the midst of an energy boom second to none. If Obama and his cronies ever get a stranglehold here we can kiss oil and gas goodbye.

The depths the liberal media will go to lay a crown on Obama is sickening.

Polling Data Spells Trouble For Obama

The media will gloss over these numbers.

In the new ABC News/Washington Post poll, former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney extends his lead among Independents to 14 points, 53-39 percent. Two months ago, a POLITICO/George Washington University Battleground poll found Romney had a ten-point lead among the critical Independent voters.
14 points among Independents? No way Obama wins with those numbers, no frigging way.

Obama Campaign Unraveling?

Barry, Mooch and now his campaign.

“The only confusion that there is on this issue is from the Obama campaign,” the Romney campaign's communications director, Gail Gitcho, told Fox News Channel’s "America’s Newsroom" on Friday.
“The Obama campaign has issued these reckless and wild accusations that Mitt Romney is a criminal and a felon. That just simply doesn’t pass the laugh test," she continued, "and frankly it just shows us signs of a desperate and unraveling campaign for them to continue along these lines when there have been independent fact-checkers from all over the country who are saying they are running a dishonest attack.”
Keep throwing sh*t at the wall...
